Refund Policy

At SpeechCoachShalando, customer satisfaction and product integrity are at the heart of everything we offer. Due to the nature of our products—especially digital resources and personalized coaching services—all sales are generally considered final. We do not issue refunds for digital downloads, eBooks, or virtual event access once the content has been delivered. However, if you encounter technical issues or are unable to access a purchased product, please reach out to us and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.

For physical book orders, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by providing a photo and description of the issue. We will gladly issue a replacement or provide a suitable solution. Coaching and service-based sessions follow their own cancellation and rescheduling policies, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Our aim is to create a positive and empowering experience for each customer, and we appreciate your understanding of our policies.
